Terms of Service
Last updated: June 1, 2026These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Evontar platform, including the website at evontar.com and the application at app.evontar.com (collectively, the “Service”), operated by Evontar (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Using Evontar
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By using Evontar, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the authority to agree to these Terms on behalf of any organization you represent.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@evontar.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Evontar to:
- Post content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise harmful
- Transmit spam or unsolicited commercial messages
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts or community data
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform
- Use the Service in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation
2. Your Content
You retain ownership of content you submit to Evontar — announcements, documents, poll responses, and other community data. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you and your community members.
You are responsible for ensuring that the content you post does not infringe any third-party rights and complies with applicable laws.
3. Plans and Billing
Free Pilot
Evontar offers a free pilot plan with access to core features. During the pilot, there are no membership caps, and no credit card is required. The pilot is designed to let you fully evaluate the platform.
Growth Plan
Paid plans are billed monthly at the published rate. You may cancel at any time; your plan continues through the end of the billing period you have paid for. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months.
Price Changes
We will provide at least 30 days’ notice before changing the price of any paid plan. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
4. Service Availability
We aim to keep Evontar available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages beyond our control. We will endeavor to provide advance notice of planned downtime.
5. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EVONTAR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or a prominent notice in the application. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
